Delta takes home top recognition, honoring its premium products and experiences like Delta One Suites and the new Delta One Lounge in Seattle, alongside its industry-leading loyalty program.
This month, America’s most-awarded airline added six new honors to its name after receiving recognition from both The Points Guy and Newsweek.
Delta topped two categories in The Points Guy’s annual travel awards recognizing companies committed to transforming the premium travel journey:

“Customer feedback continues to shape the exceptional experiences Delta provides from the ground to sky, and awards like this reflect that,” said Erik Snell, Delta’s Chief Customer Experience Officer. “Since introducing the first U.S. business-class suites nearly 10 years ago, we are now flying more than 2,700 Delta One Suites across 80 airplanes and lead the industry in offering the most lounges of any U.S. airline."
Delta is consistently recognized for excellence in customer experience, operational performance and workplace culture, thanks to the dedication of its people and continued investments in premium products and experiences — with more on the way. In 2027, Delta is adding the Airbus A350-1000 widebody aircraft to its fleet, which will feature even more Delta One Suites. Delta One suites will also be added to the A330-300 and A330-200 over the next few years.
The airline also continues to elevate the lounge experience, having recently unveiled a fully transformed Philadelphia Sky Club with doubled capacity and refreshed Atlanta Clubs, along with outlining a robust roadmap of Delta Sky Clubs coming to Jacksonville, Tampa, Las Vegas and more key markets.
Additionally, Delta took home four wins in Newsweek’s 2026 BrandSpark Most Trusted® Awards, a consumer-voted award which celebrates brands that have earned the trust of U.S. shoppers. Delta’s sweep in the airline category includes:
“SkyMiles is built first and foremost around listening to our Members and delivering real value at every stage of the journey,” said Dwight James, S.V.P. - Customer Engagement & Loyalty and CEO – Delta Vacations. “This recognition from consumers reinforces what we try to do every day — create meaningful experiences that reward loyalty and make Delta an integral part of our customers’ lives.”
These wins build on Delta’s recent Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies list honor, recognition as the top on-time airline in North America by Cirium for the fifth consecutive year and ranking as No. 1 in the annual Business Travel News Airline Survey for the 15th year in a row.
