Delta is proud to carry out our industry-leading commitment to bringing fast, free Wi-Fi presented by T-Mobile to our entire global fleet. No one better connects the world than Delta, and now by conquering the last frontier of connectivity, no one better connects the skies. Reliable, streaming-quality connectivity will be available from the time the boarding door closes to the moment the plane lands, allowing customers to connect during travel and spend their time in a way that suits them – just like they would at home, for free.
It remains our vision to bring fast, free Wi-Fi to Delta’s entire fleet. With all of our domestic mainline aircraft now equipped, our focus is on ensuring regional jets and widebodies have the best technology onboard to deliver the experience our customers expect.
As of early April 2025, all customers flying across Delta’s transatlantic network to Europe, Israel and West Africa have access to fast, free Delta Sync Wi-Fi presented by T-Mobile.

Delta Sync is our umbrella brand that, at is core, is about creating experiences that make each customer feel taken care of in a way that’s personal, meaningful and relevant to how they go about their lives. It currently encompasses two industry-leading entertainment products for SkyMiles Members that we’ve been rolling out as part of the Wi-Fi experience onboard:
- Delta Sync Wi-Fi brings streaming-quality connectivity to the sky and is available on personal devices – cell phones, laptops, etc. – via the Delta Sync Wi-Fi login page.
- Delta Sync seatback is an update to our beloved seatback screens that makes them feel more like smart TVs.
These new onboard experiences make your seat in the sky feel more like a seat in your living room, giving you new ways to enjoy travel with connectivity and personalized entertainment that is fit for you. SkyMiles Members can enjoy exclusive offers, access and entertainment from mainstay brands we all know and love, including T-Mobile, Paramount+, American Express, Atlas Obscura, Resy, New York Times Games and more.
These personalized digital services and experiences, combined with Delta people who deliver world-class service and hospitality, are built to better serve customers and give them opportunities to engage with Delta beyond their flight.
