Delta is proud to be named one of the 2025 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women®, marking the company’s return to the list since 2019. This recognition, informed by our Great Place To Work® Trust Index Survey and employee feedback, celebrates companies with exceptional cultures for women in the workplace.

Employee feedback from the Great Place To Work® Trust Index Survey and GPTW’s evaluation of Delta helped us earn this recognition and bolstered our placement on the list. This year, Delta people helped the company rank 25 out of the top 100 Best Large Workplaces for Women.

“This honor reflects the impact of employee feedback and our ongoing commitment to progress through listening and shared growth,” said Stephanie Asbury, Chief Talent Officer. “From our annual WING flight to our partnerships with the WNBA, NWSL and Women’s Sports Foundation, Delta has long been committed to creating a world where women can thrive and lead.”

Examples of the ways that Delta and Delta women contribute to the airline, to all Delta people, and to the next generation include:

  • Family-building and care: When Delta people shared the challenges they were facing with starting their own families, Delta introduced support for fertility, surrogacy, adoption services through Progyny and Maven in 2023 in response to employee feedback. Two years later, in 2025, over 2,000 Delta people have started IVF, surrogacy, and adoption processes and over 250 Delta babies have arrived with more on the way.
  • SHE Business Resource Group (BRG): One of Delta’s 12 BRGS, SHE focuses on empowering women in the workplace, supported by a culture of allyship and inclusion.
  • WING flight: For 10 years, Delta has partnered with Women in Aviation International to host the Aviation Women Inspiring the Next Generation (WING) Flight. The flight was piloted, staffed and crewed entirely by women, and brought 130 girls ages 11–18 from Atlanta to Florida’s Space Coast in celebration of Girls in Aviation Day, introducing them to careers in aviation and engaging directly with women in these roles.
  • Partnerships: In addition to creating opportunities for Delta women to thrive within the workplace, Delta has a history of supporting sponsorships that elevate and uplift women across many disciplines. From Delta’s partnership with Team USA and Women’s Sports Foundations, as well as league sponsorships including the National Women’s Soccer League and Women’s National Basketball Association, Delta’s commitment to equity extends both internally and externally through our vast network of partners.
